Christmas FM is back on air because of the snow.
The snow and ice has brought out the very weird and wacky in the Irish people. Yes, Storm Emma mixed with a Siberian weather front has caused mayhem to everyday life, but we are nothing if not resilient.
The good folks in Christmas FM decided to go back on air today seeing as the snow bringing the nation to a standstill.
So what if we are facing the worst winter conditions since 1982? Everything will be better with a soundtrack of winter wonderland goodness in the background. People are over the moon, if a little bemused.
It’s the 1st of March, it’s snowing, I’m listening to Christmas Fm, scrolling through Netflix trying to choose which Christmas movie to watch, drinking tea. Life is good

Just tuned in to @christmasfm heard Johnny Mathis and now have a serious hankering for some turkey, stuffing and roast potatoes. If there were any shops open I’d seriously consider doing the full Christmas dinner.
