A representative confirmed news of Swift’s death to Pitchfork on Tuesday, while a post on his Facebook page read: “And all the angels sing ‘Que Sera Sera’. Richard Ochoa Swift. March 16, 1977 – July 3, 2018.

Last month, Pitchfork reported that Swift had been hospitalised with a “life-threatening condition” and that a GoFundMe page had been set up to cover his medical bills.
