Under the guise of Sacred Animals, Irish-based producer Darragh Nolan ducks and weaves through a sonic wonderland of his own creation.
Atmospheric electronica is the order of the day here, as Nolan adopts a minimalist approach, containing rich synth-scapes, allowing them to burst forth a little when necessary.
‘Mono’ is the latest such endeavour, employing music as an aural escape from the confines of the modern world, and who among us doesn’t need to do that every now and then?
“The track attempts to gain a small grasp on what it means to be a spirit living a human existence,” notes the accompanying press release. Who among us, etc…
