Some of the best this country has to offer will be playing all over Dublin next weekend…

The biggest showcase of Irish music this year takes place next week as over 100 bands play the Hard Working Class Heroes festival in seven venues across Dublin.

The festival takes place over three days from Thursday to Saturday and as well as the music there’s panel sessions, workshops and tech mixed into HWCH.

You can check out the full line-up here but we wanted to pick out some of the artists we’re most looking forward to seeing. We reckon you should definitely go to see these seven acts during the festival…

I Have A Tribe (Button Factory on Friday at 10pm)

The Shaker Hymn (Bad Bobs on Friday at 10pm)

The Academic (Bad Bobs on Thursday at 10.40pm)

Hags (The Mercantile on Saturday at 8.40pm)

His New Atlas (The Grand Social on Saturday at 8.50pm)

Maud in Cahoots (The Grand Social on Friday at 10.10pm)

DOGS (The Workman’s Club on Friday at 9.20pm)
