Snoop Dogg will go down as one of the true legends of the rap game.
His influence on the music industry as a whole has been affected over the past 25 years, and it continues to be felt today.
He was recently honoured by being given his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and in his speech at the event, he ended it in a way that only he could.
“I want to thank me for believing in me, I want to thank me for doing all this hard work,” he said. “I want to thank me for having no days off. I want to thank me for never quitting.
“I want to thank me for always been a giver and trying to give more than I receive. I want to thank me for trying to do more right than wrong. I want to thank me for just being me at all times.”

The highlight of the speech is when he concludes it with: “Snoop Dogg you a bad mothaf***a, cuz”.
He’s not wrong.
The man himself has also recently released his very own cookbook, which he promises to include “snacks to satisfy those munchies”, but Snoop says that all of the recipes will be 100% cannabis-free.
We’re genuinely surprised.
