JOE

There are a whole heap of festivals on this weekend, so we thought we’d choose our Sunday Chill Out Tracks from a few of the acts at Castlepalooza

Young Wonder – Orange

We caught up with Ian of Young Wonder this week, who seems like a very nice lad indeed, so we wish these guys nothing but success. It also helps that their tunes are pretty brilliant.

Enemies – Robert Reid

A slightly more upbeat number than we’d normally have in Chill Out Tracks, we really just do think these guys are pretty great, so sit back and have a listen. Tap your feet if you want, ain’t no one gonna stop you. Unless you live in an apartment with thin floors, then the people below you might get annoyed

And So I Watch You From Afar – 7 Billion People All Alive at Once

Another band from here in our fair island, ASIWYFA are the bees knees, and while their newest album is cracking, we quite like this tune which is a bit more relaxed from their previous effort Gangs, although it does pick up the pace towards the end. They’re also pretty decent at their instruments, by the looks of it.
