The Coronas are doing a “world tour of Dublin” this Christmas.
It may be too early to start thinking about Christmas, but it’s not too soon to start planning your nights out in December. It never is…
And if you’re a fan of The Coronas, well then we bet you’re going to be interested in this.
Having played most of the biggest venues in Ireland, the foursome have decided to take it back to their roots, and do a series of intimate gigs in Dublin.
They have just gone around the country with their Long Way Home Festival tour, and will now focus on playing the venues that helped them “hone their sound” as a young band growing up in Dublin.
As well as that, they will play in some of Dublin’s most “prestigious venues” that they’ve never gotten to play in before.
The dates and venues are as follows:
- The Sound House – Wednesday, 4 December
- Whelans – Friday, 6 December
- The Academy – Monday, 8 December
- The Olympia Theatre – Thursday, 12 December
- Vicar Street – Monday, 23 December
Tickets for the “world tour of Dublin” go on sale this Friday, 13 September, at 9am.
This Christmas we want to do something a little different and play the venues in Dublin where we honed our sound as a young band, together with some prestigious venues that we’ve never gotten to play before – a world tour of Dublin!
