We’d be lying if we said we weren’t disappointed.
As 2019 is officially the year of comebacks, we are naturally very excited for the Spice Girls to make their return.
The iconic girlband will be playing Croke Park on 24 May 2019, and fans are buzzing to see them back in action.
But unfortunately, one member of the gang will not be there.
Posh Spice, also known as Victoria Beckham, will not be in attendance, as she has decided to focus on looking after her successful fashion line instead.
In an interview with The Guardian, she was asked about a potential cameo appearance during the tour, but she quickly shot any possibility down.
She said: “No. Definitely not.”
When asked if this was a difficult decision, she said:
“Not at all. What I do now is my passion and a full-time job. I’m excited to see it, though.
“And I’m sure when I’m there and they are on stage, there will be a part of me that feels a bit left out. Because even after all this, a part of me will always be a Spice Girl.”
