Ed Sheeran is obviously a bona-fide global superstar nowadays but he had to put in plenty of hard graft to get where he is today.
That hard graft included a stint busking on one of Ireland’s most famous busking streets, Shop Street in Galway city and footage of one of Ed’s appearances in the City of the Tribes features in the new music video for his song ‘Photograph’.
Ed doesn’t look a day over 12 in the footage, which is just one snippet from a video that takes a nostalgic look back at loads of archive footage from his youth.
Big fan of Ireland that he is, no doubt he’ll reflect on his glory days in Galway at his massive Croke Park gigs a little later this summer.
