Even with a broken leg, there’s still no stopping Dave Grohl from playing to his adoring crowd and like the legend he is, the Foo Fighters singer refuses to let his recent woes get him down.
It’s times like these that can test even the nicest of people but the singer once again demonstrated what an incredibly sound bloke he is during a recent performance in Toronto.
A fan of the band, Anthony Bifolchi, was in the pit with a sign that read “it’s my birthday, can I play drums?”, a fairly bold statement to make given that Grohl is no slouch behind the drum-kit as Nirvana fans will testify.
To his surprise, Bifolhi was brought up on stage and asked Grohl if he could play ‘Best Of You’, to which Grohl gently took the mickey out of him by saying “No way you’re playing that, that’s our last song!”
