While it's impossible for JOE to listen to all of the records that were released in 2014, we do try our very best though and forsake sleep some nights, there have been a few stand-out tracks that we felt deserved a place on our 'best of 2014 list'. Of course musical taste is subjective but we're confident that we've drawn up an eclectic mix featuring some of the best artists from the worlds of hip-hop, indie, pop and anything else that grabbed our attention during the year. Jungle, St. Vincent, Run The Jewels, Caribou, The War on Drugs, Kendrick Lamar and Alt-J are just some of the acts that feature here but we think there may be a few new artists that you might just fall in love with.
