Haunting.

The nation is gearing up for its centenary celebration and with songs like this, you're bound to get into the mood.

Jack L, the Kildare singer-songwriter, has recorded a terrific version of 'The Minstrel Boy', originally written by Thomas Moore in remembrance of the 1798 Irish Rebellion, and a favourite during the 1916 Easter Rising itself.

Have a listen here, because it really is a beautiful rendition.
