Lets hope he is in better form when he comes to Ireland in a few weeks time…
Kanye West and the festival Bonnaroo have beef, the rapper played the festival in 2008 and it was an absolute mess. Kanye arrived on stage at 4.30am and blamed the organisers and the act who were playing before him, Pearl Jam, for the disrupting the schedule and going on too long. Kanye was slated in the press and by fans who were at the festival so overall it was a disaster.
Six years have passed since and despite that unsavory incident, the festival organisers booked him again and the Yeezus star agreed to play. He was halfway through his set at the weekend when he decided to make a statement and it was pretty aggressive stuff.
The press and port-a-loos (seriously) were his targets, check it out…
That’s a bit mad, eh? Kanye loved his honeymoon in Ireland so hopefully no-one pissed him off enough for us to have to endure something like the crowd in Bonnaroo witnessed, when he plays Marlay Park on July 3rd. He’s a gas man all the same.
