In fact, he “fuckin’ hates Ed Sheeran”, as he said so himself on Friday night’s Late Late Show opposite Ryan Tubridy.
He’s sick of his songs, he’s sick of his youth, he’s sick of the fact that he’s on our televisions as much as the Angelus and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
So sick of Ed Sheeran is Bernard, in fact, that he consigned him to the bin.
“If he was born in Ireland he’d be Eddie Sheeran and he’d be an out-of-work bad plasterer.”
Ouch.
