The Frames played a special gig as part of Whelan's 25th anniversary celebrations in Dublin last night and the lucky people who got to head along were given a hell of a night by the band. JOE has seen The Frames a good few times down through the years and there's no doubt about it, they're one of the best live bands in the country, so that's a good start. The band were three songs into their set when Glen Hansard made an announcement...
