VIDEO: Three Limerick lads perform cracking Killers cover in the kitchen

Eoghan Doherty

Top tune, top performance.

Covers of The Killers, they can be pretty special.

Men Of Twenty are an Irish band made up of three lads from Limerick – Daniel Clarke, Conor McCarthy and John McDonnell – who have been gigging together since they were 15 years old and are now making a name for themselves in Dublin.

Daniel got in touch with this crackin’ Killers cover writing, “I’m in a band called Men Of Twenty. The name comes from Irish writer John B. Keane and we truely use this name to celebrate being Irish. We did a cover of The Killers tune ‘When You Were Young’ in promotion of our upcoming single ‘Is It A Coincidence’ to be released May 20.”

You can find out more about the band and their new single on their Facebook page by clicking here.

In the meantime though, enjoy the tune. These are some of the most impressive kitchen acoustics we’ve heard in a long time.

Nice red teapot too…

Cheers to Daniel Clarke for sending this our way. Got a story for JOE? Hit us up on Facebook or Twitter, send it to our WhatsApp number 087-4001102 or mail [email protected].
