First it was guitarist Brad Paisley, and now it’s Weezer drummer Patrick Wilson who takes home the award* for ‘JOE’s Cool As F*ck Musician Of The Day.’
*We say “award.” We mean an old Biro and half a packet of Fizzy Chewits.
Wilson was in the middle of performing the band’s Playboy-inspired, super single ‘Beverly Hills’, when someone in the crowd launched a yellow frisbee right at the drummer’s head. Wilson, being the legend that he is, quite literally doesn’t miss a single beat as plucks the frisbee right out of mid-air and, to the excitement of the crowd, continues to drum along perfectly as he calmly puts it in his mouth.
The multi-talented b*stard.
