WATCH: Drake showered praise on the people of Dublin in a moving speech during his concert last night

Drake 3Arena

What a nice man.

Drake performed in the 3Arena last night, and the concert seemed to go down a hit with those who were there.

But it wasn’t just the music that got people talking, it was also a touching speech that the superstar gave last night about the shape of the world these days.

Drake started the speech with the typical, generic spiel by saying: “I had a great show tonight, I don’t know if there’s gonna be another show that tops this”, but it soon got a lot more personal and genuine. Take a look for yourself:

The Canadian singer/rapper/actor/legend praised the city for its diversity, saying: “They try and tell us how we can’t get along, how the world is falling apart, how we’re supposed to be divided and not united.

“The best and most beautiful part about Dublin, is the fact that I look around and I see people from all races, all places, just showing love.

“We are the young generation, it’s up to us to keep this motherfuckin’ world together. Nobody can tell us how this shit works.”

The artist is performing in the 3Arena again tonight.
