WATCH: This Irish singer’s cover of Ed Sheeran will have you playing it on repeat

Alan Loughnane

This is incredible…

Ed Sheeran’s new album definitely has an Irish twinge to it and the singer revealed that two of the songs he recorded were inspired by recent visits to Galway and Wexford.

While the album has received a mixed reaction in some quarters, there’s no doubting that Ed Sheeran is as popular as ever.

We saw a cover of the track ‘Castle on the Hill’ from his new album from a couple of teenagers in Cork which is definitely worth checking out.

This latest cover of his song ‘Dive’, was recorded by 22-year-old Daniel O’ Sullivan who hails from Cork, but is currently based in Dublin.

Daniel has performed in the Everyman Theatre in Cork, Whelan’s in Dublin, various venues around Temple Bar as well as playing worldwide in countries such as the UK, Iceland, Spain and New Zealand.

We think he’s a big future ahead of him…
