WATCH: Two-time Grammy winner gives incredibly NSFW red carpet answer when asked about Trump

Maybe stick a pair of headphones on if you’re listening to this in a public place.

On a night that was already overflowing with eventual moments, including Hillary Clinton reading out passages of the famously anti-Trump book Fire And Fury, this one here might just be our favourite one.

68-year-old performer Patti LuPone was on hand to take part in a tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber, and she took to the stage to perform ‘Don’t Cry For Me Argentina’ from the musical Evita.

LuPone was actually the first person to play the role in the musical, and recently ended a two-decade beef with Lloyd Webber after he fired her from a Broadway version of Sunset Boulevard in 1995 and replaced her with Glenn Close.

However, while LuPone’s performance brought the house down and earned her a standing ovation from the all-star crowd, it was what happened before she even went in to the event that is getting the most attention.

Speaking to a reporter from Variety, LuPone was asked why she thinks Trump should go see her new musical, to which she replied she hopes he doesn’t, because if he does show up to see her sing, she simply won’t perform.

When asked why that is, she answers quite honestly:

Well there you go, President Trump, you’re not welcome.

Although, considering her new musical War Paint is about two female entrepreneur rivals, and his recent comments about absolutely ‘not being a feminist‘, we can’t imagine he was in too much of a rush to go to see it in the first place…
