Popular Irish electronic music act Le Galaxie have announced that they're calling time on the band.
A fixture of Irish music since their foundation in 2008, the band have released three studio albums: Laserdiscs 2, Le Club and Pleasure.
Le Galaxie was originally formed by Michael Pope, David McGloughlin, Anthony Hyland and Alastair Higgins, and were joined in 2017 by Fight Like Apes lead singer MayKay.
The band were a mainstay of Irish music festivals for the last decade and there's no doubt that they'll be sorely missed.
In a brief statement on Twitter, the band wrote: "Hello friends, it's time to say goodbye. We've completed LE GALAXIE. It's been a true pleasure to spend the last decade with you all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Lots of love. Gotta go x
