WATCH: This woman's impression of sound engineers in rap studios is absolutely hilarious

One of the funniest things you'll watch today.

For some reason, throughout the history rap music, there has always been always been a weird relationship between the rapper and the sound engineer.

It happens so regularly that sometimes the two will have a full-blown conversation while the performer is recording a song, and it very often makes the final cut.

And these sketches made by television writer Caitie Delaney perfectly capture the weird phenomenon for exactly what it is: bizarre.

Sometimes it can be a light jovial bit of banter, but sometimes it can be strangely aggressive, like when Fat Joe was extremely displeased because he thought his mic wasn't on:

Or sometimes it can be a polite encounter, like when Eminem calmly informed the team in his studio that he couldn't hear the snare drum in his headphones:

But sometimes they can be downright terrifying, like this Chief Keef rant:

Sometimes you just have to let Jay-Z know that you're not going to be able to "unleash the flutes on 'em":

Finally, she pretends to be in the studio with Kanye West, which is always going to be an experience.

Incredible stuff.
