The 13th Annual Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey was released recently, it’s a CRACKING read I’ll tell you.
The most interesting finding from the survey was the list of the top 10 most expensive cities to live in around the world.
If you thought Dublin was going to appear on the list, you’re wrong, but lots of Irish people living in Australia will be interested.
The study analysed 406 metropolitan housing markets in nine countries, including Ireland, and found the “mean multiple.” That’s the median house price divided by the median household income.
