The incident took place on Wednesday night.
A 70-year-old man is in serious condition following a road traffic collision that occurred in Cabinteely, Dublin on Wednesday 16 October.
The injured party collided with a car at pedestrian traffic lights on the Leopardstown Road at approximately 10.10pm on Wednesday.
He was later taken to St. Vincent’s University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity of the Leopardstown Road between the hours of 10pm to 10.20pm who may have witnessed the incident or drivers with dash cam footage to contact Cabinteely Garda Station on 01 666 5400.

Investigations are ongoing.
