A multi-vehicle collision is causing a number of traffic problems around Cork this afternoon.
AA Roadwatch reported that 14 vehicles were involved in the crash, but according to Cork’s 96FM, as many as 18 vehicles were involved in a collision that took place on the N25 between J3 Cobh Cross and J2 Little Island.

Gardai and emergency services attended the scene and there were no serious injuries reported, although Gardai are warning motorists to take extreme care due to very severe sleet and hail storms around Cork this afternoon.
