Met Éireann has warned of snow and ice for the entire country.
Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow snow and ice warning for the entire country on Monday night.
The warning was issued at 9pm on Monday night, and will remain in place from 10pm on Monday until noon on Tuesday.
Met Éireann has also warned of hazardous conditions in places overnight and Tuesday morning, due to compacted snow and ice.
Further snow showers are also expected, with them due to be heaviest in the southwest, west and north.
Tuesday morning will see icy stretches on untreated surfaces, as well as some lying snow, that could prove to be dangerous for drivers.
Minimum temperatures of -2 to 2 degrees are to be expected overnight.

This news comes after Knock Airport shared a video on Monday evening of the snow conditions that affected their flight schedule.
