Three Munster counties have seen several roads closed due to the effects of Storm Diana.
Ireland is currently in the midst of a nationwide weather warning, with some coastal counties set to be hit harder than others.
AA Roadwatch has published a list of roads that have been forcibly closed or blocked off due to storm debris, fallen trees, flooding or high tides.
KERRY:
- The Kenmare/Clonkeen Rd (R569) is partially blocked by a fallen tree near Kilgarvan. Approach with care.
- There are trees down on the Conor Pass at the bad bends. The council is en route.
- Strand St in Dingle is impassable due to high tide.
CORK:
- The N73 is blocked by a fallen tree between Mitchelstown and Mallow at Annakisha South.
- A power fault in the Macroom area may be affecting traffic lights. Drive with care.
- The Bailick Rd in Midleton is currently impassable due to flooding.
- In Mallow, a fallen tree is partially blocking the N72 Killarney Rd near Cork Racecourse.
WATERFORD:
- The Prom in Tramore is closed due to high tides and strong winds.
Elsewhere, Main St (R181) in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan is closed until further notice following a fatal collision overnight.
