Actress Carrie Fisher has been taken to hospital after suffering a heart attack during a recent flight from London to Los Angeles.
The LA Times are reporting that the Star Wars actress is in a “critical condition” with reports from those on board saying that staff and medical professionals had to perform CPR on her.

After the plane landed, she was rushed to the hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.
Aside from her iconic role as Princess Leia, the actress also starred in The Blues Brothers and When Harry Met Sally among others.
She recently published her eight book, an autobiography entitled The Princess Diarist.
