This airline is now selling Nando’s on board and it actually looks delicious

Plane food is often quite crap.

No matter what meal you get it’s always soggy, limp and tasteless, and just generally not great. But obviously, if you’re hungry, you’ll eat it (maybe).

Well, if you’re tired of getting rotten bits of food on a plane then you might want to fly with this airline.

According to Pretty52, Jet2 has become the first airline to feed its customers with Nando’s, and the options look delicious.

On the flight, you can avail of two dishes.

The first is called a Nando’s Box, which includes hummus, Peri-Peri drizzle and pitta bread chips.

The second is called half-popped corn, which is described as “a mild and delicious snacking option where fluffy popcorn meets crunchy corn” and promises to take your taste buds “on a trip.”

A spokesperson for the airline said: “To give customers even more reason to feel sky-high with excitement this summer, Nando’s vouchers can also be found in selected Nando’s boxes onboard, entitling one person to a free Nando’s meal.”

They added: “The new in-flight menu is Jet2.com’s biggest and best yet, with a number of new additions to give customers more choice and variety than ever.”

Sounds class, right? Unfortunately, Jet2 doesn’t fly from Dublin but it does from Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Newcastle.
