Since posting the above message, plenty of people took umbrage with his tweet and declared it to be racist.
Sugar deleted the message 23 minutes later - but refused to apologise.
Since receiving a backlash, the entrepreneur posted a follow up tweet, giving somewhat of an explanation for his initial message.
"Just been reading the reaction to my funny tweet about the guy on the beach in Marbella . Seems it has been interpreted in the wrong way as offensive by a few people . Frankly I cant see that I think it's funny. But I will pull it down if you insist."
