We hope this won’t affect your plans…
The bank holiday weekend is here, and we’re sure you’ve rallied the troops to take advantage of the long lie-in on Monday.

According to the latest forecast from Met Éireann, there will be outbreaks of rain across the west at first as Saturday evening unfolds, with a risk of localised flooding in some southern coastal counties.
The rain will eventually spread countrywide, with potential near-gale force winds on exposed coasts.
There will be scattered heavy showers, and potential thunder in the southwest.
Expect temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees overall on Saturday.
