In a new statement to JOE, the organisers of Beyond the Pale have denied reports that the festival has been cancelled.
Several media publications reported today (Saturday, 7 June) that this year's iteration of the event, scheduled to take place next week between 13 - 15 June at Glendalough Estate in Wicklow, would not be happening.
It had also been reported that the music festival had gone into liquidation.
As such, JOE reached out to Beyond the Pale for comment, and a spokesperson replied by stating that the festival is "not cancelled", despite these earlier media reports.
The headliners for this year's version of the event are set to be Jon Hopkins, Róisín Murphy, Marc Rebillet and TV on the Radio.
Other artists scheduled to perform include Boney M, Fionn Regan, Le Boom, Samantha Mumba, Soda Blonde, The Sugarhill Gang and Todd Terje.
The first iteration of the musical festival took place in 2022. It has occurred annually since then.
