It could be you but I really hope it’s me.
Friday’s EuroMillions jackpot draw is a staggering €150million. The figure has reached this mind-boggling figue after three-an-a-half months without a jackpot winner.
When there was no big winner in the last draw on Tuesday the jackpot was raised by €10million. Lotto-fever is sweeping the country as people are dreaming of becoming the 11th Irish EuroMillions winner.
Most winners stay anonymous as you would expect after winning such a big money prize but one person who went public with her win was Dolores McNamara. The Limerick native is Ireland’s biggest ever EuroMillions winner and scooped €115 million in 2005.

You can purchase a Euromillions ticket in stores nationwide. Alternatively, you can play with a variety of online providers, such as Lottoland.
Playing is easy. All you have to do is select five numbers from 1-50 and two extra numbers from 1-12 for each line you want. You can also choose your numbers at random by selecting QuickPick.
The EuroMillions draw takes place on Friday evening at 8pm and if you want to enter the big draw, you need to do so before 7:30pm as ticket sales close at that time.
