A Garda spokesperson has confirmed that the body of Jack Dinan has been found in Ennis.
Dinan, who was 19-years-old, had gone missing from his home in Ennis last week, and Gardaí had believed him to be armed with a rifle. Gardaí have also confirmed that they are not treating his death as suspicious.
No cause of death has been reported, but his body has been removed from the scene and Gardaí expect a post mortem to take place tomorrow.
The teenager's family have requested privacy at this time.
