Connemara, you’re just gorgeous.

The weather in Ireland this festive season has been far from what you’d call pleasant, but one of the by-products of the unpredictable conditions in recent days has been the appearance of beautiful rainbows up and down the country. You’ll do well to come across one as beautiful as the one pictured near Lough Derryclare in Connemara today, which almost looks as if not’s just a rainbow, but a mythical multi-coloured bridge that could hardly be more perfectly located than it is in the picture below.
