Brian O’Driscoll is probably talented enough to succeed in any sport he wants to, but surely it would be beyond even the great man to take part in 200 Ryder Cups.

O’Driscoll was the latest sporting figure to fall victim to a graphics fail on Sky Sports News, where a statistic stating that he had played in 200 Ryder Cups came up under his name while the Lions starting XV for Saturday’s clash with the Wallabies was being listed a sidebar on the screen.

The glaring error was spotted by O’Driscoll himself, probably while he was watching Sky Go on a laptop or tablet device Down Under, and as he said himself, it’s not a bad achievement for a nine-handicapper like himself, especially considering that there have only been 39 Ryder Cups ever played.

But hey, if anyone can, O’Driscoll can.
