Some fine hashtag work from our greatest ever rugby player here.

Given all the furore and media scrutiny over the autobiographies penned by Kevin Pietersen and particularly Roy Keane this week, the fact that another of the year’s most eagerly anticipated releases, Brian O’Driscoll’s autobiography, The Test, will also be hitting the shelves later this month has kind of got lost a little.

The life and times of the greatest rugby player this country has ever seen promises to be a cracking read but, with all due respect to Brian, it’s hardly likely to contain tales of him head-butting teammates and other scandalous stories of the like that are included in Keane’s book and grabbed so many headlines this week.

Well aware that his thunder might have been stolen, O’Driscoll jokingly sought to stir things up a little on Twitter last night with a hashtag hinting that his new book may well reveal that there’s a lot more to his former Ireland teammate and good friend Ronan O’Gara than meets the eye…

It’s certainly piqued our interest in any case. Well played Brian, well played.
