PICS: Four men arrested following investigation in three counties after discovery of cannabis growhouse

Four men between the ages of 29 and 45 were arrested.

The arrests were made following the discovery of a cannabis growhouse and the seizure of an estimated €200,000 of cannabis plants.

Four men have been arrested by An Garda Síochána following an intelligence led investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in Mayo, Tipperary and Louth.

The four men, between the ages of 29 and 45, were arrested following an investigation in the Castlebar, Nenagh and Dundalk areas.

The Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, the Special Crime Task Force and local Drugs units carried out a number of searches yesterday, Friday, June 9.

During the course of these searches a cannabis grow house with discovered.

The four men have been arrested in connection with this investigation and are currently detained at various Garda Stations under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
