Footballer Ched Evans has been found not guilty of raping a woman in 2011.
The former Man City and Sheffield United striker had originally been convicted of the crime in April 2012, and sentenced to five years in prison.
Evans appealed the decision, a case that was heard earlier on this year, resulting in a quashed conviction and a retrial. The second trial began on the fourth of October, and the jury was sent away to deliberate today.
After just a few hours, the jury found Evans not guilty.
Evans is currently playing football for one League One side Chesterfield.
