Gardaí have confirmed that a woman in her late teens was fatally injured in the three-car collision, which occurred at Scarawalsh, Enniscorthy at mid-day on Tuesday, 22 May.
She was reported as being a front seat passenger.
The road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by the Garda forensic collision investigators, who are at scene. Local diversions remain in place.

Gardaí in Enniscorthy, County Wexford are currently at the scene of a serious road traffic collision.
Three cars are believed to have been involved in the collision, which occurred at Scarawalsh, situated on the N11 Enniscorthy to Dublin Road.
According to Gardaí, the incident took at 12pm on Tuesday (22 May).
A number of injuries have been reported, with two persons involved being seriously injured.
Roads are currently closed between the Blackstoops roundabout and Sacrawalsh roundabout to facilitate an examination by the Garda forensic collision investigators, who are currently at the scene. Diversions are in place.
