Woman (40s) in critical condition following two-car collision in Kilkenny

Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses.

A woman is in critical condition at Cork University Hospital following a serious road traffic collision that took place in Kilkenny last Saturday, 9 October.

The collision, which involved two cars, occurred at Tinnaslatty in the village of Rower at approximately 6.45pm on Saturday evening.

The woman aged in her 40s was driving one of the vehicles involved in the incident.

Following a forensic examination and a subsequent investigation, Gardaí are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.

They are particularly keen to speak with any road users who were travelling between New Ross and Inistioge or Graiguenamanagh on Saturday evening, especially those with dash cam footage.
