Delays into and out of Heuston due to “vandalism of signaling equipment”

Iarnród Éireann confirmed that there are delays on incoming and outgoing trains after Heuston Station's signaling equipment was vandalised on Saturday evening.

While it originally seemed that trains would be delayed for more than two hours, signaling equipment is already back in operation. Irish Rail further confirmed that the 18:30 Portlaoise Heuston & 19:45 Heuston Portlaoise trains would operate.
