CCTV footage of a bread delivery in a Dublin shop is like something out of a survival movie

One thing we’ve learned from all of this snow, is that Irish people have a strange fascination with bread in all forms.

Images from early in the week showed shops sold out of all the doughy goodness as people prepped for the cold weather ahead.

That trend has continued all week with some shops even putting in a limit of one loaf of bread per customer due to the unprecedented demand to grab the dough bread.

CCTV footage from Centra in Jobstown showed the moment a bread delivery made its way into the store.

Let’s just say that the newfound supply of bread did not last very long at the hands of eager customers.
