Emirates are looking to hire new cabin crew members from Ireland

Given the popularity of cabin crew positions in recent years, we’re fully expecting the latest posting from Emirates to be an extremely interesting proposition for anyone that fancies the jet-setting life.

The airline have announced that they’re on the lookout for some Irish talent to join their multinational cabin crew team.

The application process will involve two open days that are scheduled to take place this month in Galway and Limerick.

The Dubai-based airline are holding a Cabin Crew recruitment day in Galway at 8am on Wednesday, 20 February at the Clybaun Hotel, Clybaun Road, Knocknacarra in Co Galway.

The second open day will take place in Limerick at 8am on Friday, 22 February at the Absolute Hotel, Sir Harry’s Mall.

The airline are looking for both women and men to fill these new positions.

In terms of the perks that are on offer, cabin crew are offered the following; as a tax-free income, free, high-standard shared accommodation in Dubai, free transport to/from work, medical and dental cover as well as exclusive discounts on shopping and leisure activities in Dubai. Emirates also offers attractive concessional travel benefits to cabin crew, their families and friends.

Before you consider applying, there are a number of criteria that need to be filled in order to be considered.

For example, all applicants must be at least 21-years-old at the time of joining and have an arm reach of 212cm when standing on their tiptoes.

As stated on their official page, the approximate average monthly pay is around €2,290.
