A good day for Munster.
Four towns were shortlisted for Fáilte Ireland’s National Large Tourism Town Award today: Cobh, Kilkenny, Killarney and Tralee.
While these are all beautiful towns, there could only be one winner and the winner was… Tralee, Co. Kerry.

The southern domination continued as Lismore won the Small Town category – beating out Adare, Kenmare, Ardmore, Clonakilty and Sneem.
