If drinking pints and hearing stories about life in Navan town sounds like something you’d be up for on any night of the week, then you might be interested in the following advert, which is currently active in the ‘Sport & Hobbies’ section of DoneDeal.
For an unspecified amount of money you can enjoy: “An evening of drinking pints in the company of Shane Cahill. Shane will regale you with anecdotes from his colourful life in Navan town while taking an active interest in any tales you might care to tell.”
According to the advert the seller is Shane himself, although we’d put an ‘unspecified amount of money’ on it that one of his mates set up the ad for a laugh. Regardless, the seller ensures us that Shane comes with a full NHT (National Human Test, we assume?) and he’s also “In good condition for his age, but not mint.”
Even if drinking pints in Navan doesn’t sound like your particular cup of tea, just remember, Christmas is only around the corner…
