An Dublin ESB substation has caught fire for the second time this month, this time on Baggot Street.
Four units of the Dublin Fire Brigade are currently attending the fire, but firefighting can't begin until ESB Networks confirm that the electricity is off.
Photos from the scene show smoke emerging from the underground substation. It is not believed that anyone has been injured.
