The fire broke out on Christmas morning.
A fire at a Kilkenny hotel and nightclub has been successfully contained after emergency services responded to the incident on Christmas morning.
RTÉ reports that fires services were alerted to the fire at Langtons Hotel on John Street in Kilkenny shortly after 9am.
No injuries have been reported, though part of the kitchen area in the complex has been “extensively” damaged as a result of the blaze.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown at time of writing.
