It seems Niall from UPC is very sound, and very patient.
Rob Timony wanted to talk to UPC about getting a new deal but rather than call up, he decided to utilise the Live Chat facility and have a bit of craic along the way.
We have to say hats off to Niall, the UPC customer service dude, who plays along rather well and gets a sale at the end too.
