Gardaí find the body of missing teenager Mark Casey in Limerick

Gardaí in Limerick have confirmed that they have found the body of missing 19-year-old Mark Casey.

The Offaly youngster went missing eight days ago and Mark’s family and friends, along with the Gardaí, have been conducting a full-scale search ever since. A statement read: “Gardaí have located the body of Mark Casey, 19 years, at Rhebogue, Limerick City, this morning 15th March 2014 at 11.30am.” NUI Galway student Mark, from Tullamore, had gone to Limerick to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had last been seen on the night of Friday, March 7th in Limerick city. The thoughts of everyone at JOE.ie go out to the Casey family and all of Mark’s friends.
